About Us
Hi-Tech Business
Systems started in 1981 as a company servicing all brands of
copiers. We became an authorized dealer for Ricoh Corporation more
than 25 years ago. Today we are recognized as Ricoh's oldest dealer
in the New York Metropolitan area.
We have recently expanded in many ways. We added another location
on the East end of Long Island NY, we became an authorized dealer
for Dell Computers and Hewlett Packard Printers and we are fully
trained to do network set ups, installs and service.
We believe the key to a good business relationship is service. With
on going training and outstanding support programs dedicated to
continuous improvements, along with renewed sensitivity towards
customers needs, our personnel are able to offer the highest level
of satisfaction to our valued customers. Our job begins after the
equipment is installed.
As technology advances, Hi-Tech Business Systems will continue to
stay in step with the latest developments.
